I am looking for a site, a GPS, which is completely online. I want to be able to something like N 30 ° W 097 ° 22,511 and 58,128 have written. Does anyone know of any web page to know how they?

I know, I found the directions to a house with latitude and longitude on maps from Yahoo, however.
MapQuest treat all just in this area
Google Maps, but it is certainly the free version of Google Earth without being great.
