What if I can not connect to my Facebook or e-mail, keep my Mac, the e-mail will appear automatically for the next time I try to know everyone lied, how to remove something like that? Thank you!

Take your own entry in the address book.
Just go on a Safari, Reset Safari .. Then just call names and passwords delete saved .. This is the only way to know how to remove it ..
Yes, if you roll back to Safari Safari> Safari ..... and type of options that you want to delete.
